CrushLogix is an app for monster truck teams to keep track of their trucks, parts, maintenance and events. This page says what information the app keeps, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the website at app.crushlogix.com and the CrushLogix iPhone and Android apps.
What we keep
- Your account: your email address, your name if you add one, and your password (stored scrambled, so nobody can read it).
- Your team's records: what you and your crew enter, such as trucks, chassis, motors, maintenance, to-dos, orders, parts, suppliers and events.
- When you use the app: when you last signed in and last used the app, so CrushLogix can see which accounts are active.
- Phone notifications: if you allow notifications in the phone app, a code from Apple or Google that lets us send them to your phone.
- Payments: if your team pays for a plan, the payment is made through Stripe or PayPal. We keep which plan you're on and the payment service's reference for it. We never see or keep your card number.
How we use it
Only to run CrushLogix: to sign you in, show your team its records, send the notifications and emails you ask for (such as invites and password resets), and handle your team's plan. We don't sell your information, show ads, or track you on other apps or websites.
Who can see it
The people on your team see the team's records, limited by the sections the team owner shares with them. The CrushLogix admin can see each team's name, members' email addresses, plan and when it was last used, to run the service and help when a team asks.
We use these services to run the app, and they only handle your information for us: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Stripe and PayPal (payments), and Apple and Google (phone notifications).
Deleting your information
You can delete your account at any time in the app: open Team and press Delete my account. This removes your login and takes you off every team. If you own a team, that team and all its records are deleted too, and any paid plan for it is cancelled. A crew member can also just leave a team from the same page.
You can also email us to ask for a copy of your information or to have it deleted.
Children
CrushLogix is made for teams and isn't meant for children under 13.
